All jewelry is shipped and insured via USPS and is paid for by the customer.
Since each piece of jewelry is hand fabricated by me, I will make every effort to reproduce an identical item. An exchange can be made within 15 days of purchase and will be for credit only, providing the jewelry is in its original condition and not worn. The piece must be returned in its original packaging and accompanied by the receipt. All custom orders are non-returnable.
